Request your return within 30-days from ship date of your order. You must ship it within 7 days from the date of the Return Authorization. Must be in original condition with original screen protector in place, all original included accessory items, and without scratches on casing. Ship back in original inner packaging to protect unit from damage. (You will need to purchase an outer shipping box at the post office or UPS Store. You will not be allowed to use free USPS boxes due to postal rules regarding used lithium batteries. The package will then be shipped by Ground Advantage.) Pack all with newsprint or other material to add protection from shock during shipment. All shipping costs including insurance are your responsibility. Unless the merchandise is defective, or unopened and unused, there will be a minimum 20% RETURN FEE - ORDER CANCELLATION. Any order can be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. If the order has been shipped, the unopened package may be RETURNED TO SENDER at the time of delivery and the RETURN FEE will be waived. However, outbound shipping charges and any credit processing transaction fees will be deducted from the full refund upon our receipt of the returned item. If you sign for and RECEIVE the item and then return it to us unopened you may be liable for both outbound/inbound shipping charges and any credit processing transaction fees. If there is damage to the tablet either from shipping or otherwise, we will notify you with details before we process your refund. AS

returns. If it doesn't fit your needs or work for
you in any way, we will accept your decision with no
questions asked - yet saddened to see you go.

reason during the thirty (30) day period

or send a request through our online support page (www.intouchtablets.com/support.html).
We will send you a Return Authorization in an email with a generic label you can print and tape to the outside of the package or you can simply print the email showing the buyer's name and include in the package.
